Pearland Community Center (CC)

The Community Center is located at 3523 Liberty Drive right next to City Hall.  Pearland Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of recreational classes including adult dance, preschool, adult and youth health and fitness, karate, specialty classes, and some special events.  We also provide space for private rentals up to 298 people, lecture style in our Main Hall.  The hours of operation for the Parks and Recreation classes are as scheduled.

The Community Center is also host to the Planning & Zoning Engineering and Community Development Departments which includes building inspection and permits as well as code enforcement.  There is also an annex to the Brazoria County Tax office located within the Community Center. 

The hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm for all City Departments located in the Community Center. The Brazoria County Tax office annex hours of operation are 8:00am-5:00pm
