PEARLAND PARKS & RECREATION: FACILITIES: COMMUNITY CENTER
The Community Center offers a variety of recreational classes including preschool, karate and specialty programs.
The facility also offers a space for private rentals. Room setup for the main hall is banquet style with a maximum capacity of 298 guests.
The Community Center is also host to the Planning & Zoning Engineering and Community Development Departments which includes building inspection and permits as well as code enforcement. The Keep Pearland Beautiful office is also located within the Community Center.
Hours of operation for all City Departments located inside the Community Center are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
