NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS

Pearland Parks and Recreation has many neighborhood parks throughout the entire community. Amenities at each of the park vary, but range from half sized basketball courts, to walking tracks, to playground equipment for various age groups. Due to the parks being neighborhood parks, there is no parking lot or restrooms. Please see the listings below for addresses, and amenity listings for each of our neighborhood parks.

Cypress Village Park
6202 Summit Dr.

This neighborhood playground was Pearland's first community build playground built in November of 2008.  Over 50 volunteers came out to the Cypress Village Park on a Saturday to build the playground in this park from the bottom up.  This park features a playground for 5-12 year olds, as well as a "tot lot" playground for ages 2-5 which was funded by a grant funded through KaBoom and Kool-Aid.
