Westside Events Center (WEC)

The Westside Event Center is located on the West side of town at 2150 Countryplace Parkway over by 288. Pearland Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of recreational classes including adult and youth health and fitness, karate, home school classes, photography, music, special interest, and some special events.  We also provide space for private rentals in our Banquet Hall with a maximum capacity at 115 lecture style and our meeting room with a maximum capacity capping out at 16.

The Westside Event Center also hosts Southdown Park which features a walking trail, several shade structures, covered picnic area with restrooms, a playground, dog park, and a splash pad.
